Meridian Bay 2.0 — a brand new city

  • An artist-drawn map with new roads, freeways, rivers, lakes and a long beach.
  • Units take real on-ramps, ETAs follow the actual roads, and patrols spread out.
  • Every district now has its own police station, fire station and hospital, and each one raises your unit cap.

Disaster surges

  • Severe Storm, Major Earthquake and Heat Wave hit the whole server, each with 90 calls of its own.
  • Weather radar, a shaking map and a heat island on your map, plus sirens, alerts and their own music.
  • Every call pays +25% until the city is safe.

400 new calls

  • Disaster calls, everyday calls, specialist unit calls and new high-priority emergencies.
  • Every call was rewritten to more closely follow real 911 protocol, and each one now rings from a place that fits it.

Call desk and new phone

  • A rebuilt Calls tab: waiting callers light up numbered lines.
  • A new phone design with callers' faces, call waiting and a composure meter.

Radio

  • A live radio log under the map: every page, arrival and clear.
  • 11 dispatcher voices, and every crew talks in its own voice, picked at random for each unit you dispatch.

The radio log shows on PC, console and tablets held sideways. There's no room for it on phones or tablets held upright, or on many phones held sideways, so it's hidden there for now.

Smarter dispatch

  • A rebuilt dispatch menu with Recommended units, Best Pick and clear tags.
  • Police and fire stay on scene at multi-service calls until EMS gets the patient to the hospital.

A new look

  • A new top bar, a bottom dock for phones held upright, and tabs in the top bar on tablets.
  • Every popup redesigned, plus a new Promotion card, Shop, Rewards and Shift Report.

Gifts and prestige

  • Gift passes to anyone: players in your server, your friends or any username.
  • Changed your mind? Undo a prestige within 10 minutes.

Also

  • Everything new in Spanish, French and Russian, a new tutorial, smaller saves, and dozens more fixes.

Every change, big and small, is in the full changelog.
